Looking for new friends for your dog — and maybe a few new friends for yourself too?
Join Pawfect Match for a fun, relaxed evening with local dog lovers and their pups. We’re bringing dogs and their humans together to make new connections, discover more about their personalities, and see who might just be a Pawfect Match. πΆπ
The Summerlin side, for anyone who’d rather not drive across town. Turf, shade and a separate small-dog run — and a different group of dogs from Saturday.
Meet other local dogs and discover which pups your dog naturally clicks with. Small and large dogs are welcome, with introductions organised with size, energy and play style in mind.
Your dog isn’t the only one making friends. Meet other dog parents in the neighbourhood, swap playdate contacts, and become part of a growing local dog community.
Is your dog an adventurous social butterfly, a loyal cuddle bug, an independent explorer, or something else entirely?
You’ll find out on the night. When you arrive we’ll get you set up with a short quiz on your phone — a few minutes, about how your dog actually behaves — and it tells you their personality type, social style and “love language”. It’s also what we use to decide who your dog meets, so it’s worth doing properly.
We’ll also have a few surprises and mystery giveaways for participating pups and their humans.
We’ll do your dog’s personality quiz when you arrive — it only takes a few minutes. But if you’d rather not do it standing in a park, you can get it out of the way now and just turn up and play.
Do the quiz early πΎEntirely optional. You’re on the list either way.
One thing worth knowing before you come. Part of what we’re doing is testing how well our matching actually works — so not every introduction on the night is chosen the same way, and we won’t say which is which until afterwards. At the end we’ll ask two minutes of honest questions about who your dog did and didn’t get on with. Your answers are the entire point of the evening.
Please come at 5 sharp. The first twenty minutes are check-in and the personality quiz, and the introductions are built from everyone’s results — so arriving at six means missing most of the evening. Bring a charged phone, a leash, water and a bowl, and waste bags. We finish in the last of the daylight; sunset is 6:31 that weekend.
Dogs should be up to date on vaccinations and comfortable meeting other dogs. If your dog is nervous rather than unfriendly, please still come and say so on the form — Saturday’s park has a quieter separate area.
